PROJECT OVERVIEW

I was approached by a local design company to create the logo and branding for the 2012 congressional campaign of Dave Strohmaier.

APPROACH

Dave stated that he wanted the logo to be a clean and upbeat representation of his campaign goals, that of a unified, forward-thinking Montana. After going through a few concepts we arrived at his final logo. We were able to represent his goal of a unified Montana by the circle enclosing the state at the top of the logo. Placing Strohmaier underneath the logo and the use of a bold sans serif font evokes the feeling that the candidate will have a supportive and uplifing effect on the state.
